Last week, the government announced that they would be adopting my Private Member’s Bill, the Safe and Regulated Sport Betting Act, as a government bill.

While I am glad that the government has finally come around and decided to support this important initiative, I want to ensure that they do not delay this legislation any longer than they already have.
